T-Heart recognizes the importance of protecting all information that each user of this Website may choose to share with us and has adopted this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to guide how T-Heart collects, stores, uses and shares the information you provide us when you access to T-Heart Website), use and/or fill in our applications forms or otherwise interact and correspond with our personnel.

A. Data Controller

As part of the provision of the Website, T-Heart collects and processes certain Personal Information of any person browsing, consulting and contacting T-Heart on the Website. Consequently, T-Heart acts as data controller.

In this respect, T-Heart (and consequently, its employees, agents, partners and subcontractors) undertakes to process users' Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Information and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "RGPD"), Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms (hereinafter referred to as "Law no. 78-17") as well as the terms of the Privacy Policy.

T-Heart relies on the following legal grounds that might be cumulatively applicable to use your data:

D. Data retention period

T-Heart retains your Personal Information for a period of three (3) years from the last contact with you. However, at the end of the above-mentioned periods, certain data may be archived for longer periods (i) in the event of legal proceedings, in order to establish the reality of the facts in dispute; and/or (ii) for the purposes of investigating, establishing and prosecuting criminal offences, with the sole aim of making such data available to the judicial authorities, where necessary.

Archiving means that data can no longer be consulted online, but must be extracted and stored on an autonomous, secure medium. Once the time limits set out in the Privacy Policy have elapsed, your Personal Information will be deleted.

E. Security and confidentiality

To ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Information collected online, T-Heart uses data networks protected, inter alia, by industry standard firewall and password protection. In the course of handling your Personal Information, T-Heart takes measures reasonably designed to protect such information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Despite its efforts, T-Heart cannot and does not warrant that your Personal Information will be secure and free from theft, loss or unauthorized access or use. F. Your Rights/ Contact Us

You have:

G. Personal Information and children

The use of this Website is intended for persons of 18 years and older. Any individual who requests information about our products indicated for use in children must be 18 or over. T-Heart will not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personal Information from a minor under the age of 18, without obtaining prior consent from a person with parental responsibility (e.g., a parent or guardian) through direct off-line contact.
